I grew up in a Punjabi home where the floor was swept every morning, the kitchen was cleaned a little every day, and nothing was thrown out that could be used again. For more than thirty years I have kept my own house in America, with what an ordinary supermarket here sells.
These tricks are not mine. They are what Indian mothers did, and before I wrote each one down I tried it again in my own house, in an American kitchen with American bottles. Where a trick from the internet only helps a little, or should not be done at all, I tell you so plainly.
In the book you get 167 tricks in 20 chapters, each with an honest verdict, exact amounts and the supermarket swap on the same line. I left out gadgets you would have to order and any promise that an old remedy cures something. That is the Indian way, beta.
Warm water, dish soap and baking soda do nearly all of these jobs if you give them time to soak.

Before you buy, the honest answers
Is this a printed book you mail me?
No, beta. It is a PDF, a digital book that opens on the very next screen after you pay, on your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing comes in the mail. Save the file as soon as it opens, and print any page you like at home, the cupboard list at the back too. If the file ever goes missing, write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout, and I will send it again.
Isn't all of this free on YouTube?
Some of it, one trick at a time. A video shows you one trick once, and then you have to find it again. The book has all 167, with the exact amounts, in order, and you find the one you need in seconds.
Do these old tricks really work?
Not all of them, and I tell you which. Every trick has an honest verdict, and some of them say do not do this. Before I wrote each one down, I tried it again in my own house.
$27 for a PDF?
Look at the honest math above. What the book replaces comes to about $1,164 a year for a house of two, so the first month pays for it. And you have 30 days to decide. If it is not for you, you get every dollar back.
Do I need special products I can't find?
No. Everything in the book is sold in an ordinary American supermarket: white vinegar, baking soda, dish soap, cotton cloths, rice and dried lentils. When your store carries something different, the swap is written on the same line. Where an old trick needs nothing more than a jar you already own, I say that too.
I am not good with computers.
You do not need to be. When you pay, one button opens the book on the next screen, with no account and no password. On an iPhone, tap Share and then Books, and it stays on your shelf there. If anything will not open, write to [email protected] and I will walk you through it.
Is this a subscription? Will you charge my card again?
No. You pay once through Whop, and that is the end of it. No membership, no monthly charge and no trial that turns into a bill. The book is yours to keep.
What if I don't like it?
Write to me within 30 days and you get every dollar back. You keep the book either way.
